Don Lorenzi Construction is licensed as a Building Contractor with the State of Florida CBC1259218. We are located in Williston FL serving Gainesville, Williston, and the surrounding areas in Alachua, Levy, and Marion counties.
Don Lorenzi Construction was started by Don Lorenzi, who has worked in the construction industry since the early 1970’s. In 2017 Mr. Lorenzi was joined by his son, Eric, and together they have worked to exceed the expectations of their customers.
DLC is a full service construction company. Our scope of work includes new home construction, complete home renovations, and remodeling work. Our specialty is making your current home more livable, more comfortable and more enjoyable.
DLC is an EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm. This means that if your home was built before 1978, there is a possibility that it contains lead paint. DLC is certified to identify and safely work with lead paint as required by the EPA. This keeps the customer, the workers, and the environment free from lead contamination.
DLC is fully insured and licensed in the state of Florida.
