Our Journey

Since the early 1970s, our namesake and founder, Don Lorenzi, has been building his name in Florida’s construction industry. In 2017, a new chapter began as he was joined by his son, Eric, infusing fresh vision fused with trusted heritage. United by a common goal—to exceed customer expectations—we continue to build on top of the robust foundation laid by Don Lorenzi.

Don Lorenzi

Don Lorenzi started doing construction work in 1974 working with his father who was also a contractor. Through the years, Don has worked with craftsmen from many different trades. This experience working the different trades now allows DLC to do most of the work in house. This eliminates the need of waiting for different trade people to come to a job site for minor items.

Eric Lorenzi

Eric graduated from Embry-Riddle University in 2010. After graduating, Eric worked in the corporate world for a few years. Throughout the years, Eric would help his father with many projects around their home. Finally in 2017 the urge to use his creative abilities compelled Eric to join his father full time in the construction business.
